Massey Capital Acquires Signature Plastics Ltd.
Concord, ON (April 1, 2021) – We are pleased to announce that Massey Capital, in partnership with Farhan Mohamed, have acquired Signature Plastics Ltd.
Farhan Mohamed will stay on as General Manager, and Scott Newhouse, a Partner in Massey Capital, will join the Signature team as its President. All employees will remain in their current roles.
Massey Capital is a Toronto based firm with extensive experience in purchasing and operating small to mid-sized businesses in Canada. Established in 1995, Signature Plastics is recognized as an industry leading high quality plastic manufacturer servicing the window and refrigeration sector in Ontario.
