MISSISSAUGA, ON November 1, 2018 – Massey Capital has acquired a controlling interest in MSU Mississauga Ltd. (“MSU”).
Massey Capital is a Toronto based firm with extensive experience in purchasing and operating small to mid-sized businesses in Canada. MSU has been owned by the Weber/Junkin family since 1977 and has grown to be amongst Canada’s largest and most respected metal fabricators in the water, waste water and custom fab business.

VAUGHAN, ON September 25, 2018 – Egan Visual Corporation, a portfolio company of MC Massey Capital Holdings Inc., announces the acquisition of the assets and ongoing business of Working Walls Solutions Inc. (“Working Walls”), a 35-year-old manufacturer of acoustic and tackable products designed to solve noise and display problems.  The line includes Acoustic Wall Panels, Acoustic Ceiling Products, Tackable Wall Panels, Partition Extenders, and other solutions for noise and sound transmission reduction. 

ST.CATHARINES, ON October 1, 2018 – Massey Capital has acquired a controlling interest in (“M.K. Rittenhouse” or the “Company”).
M.K. Rittenhouse, a multi-generational business established in 1914, has grown over the years from a specialty sprayer manufacturer to a distributor of high-quality hard goods and accessories to the green industry throughout North America.

INISFIL, ON May 15, 2018 – Massey Capital has acquired a controlling interest in Allturf Ltd. (“Allturf”). Allturf has been owned by the Sheppard family since 1972 and has grown to be amongst Canada’s largest and most respected distributors in the turf business. Paula and Cara Sheppard have owned and operated Allturf since purchasing it from their father, Paul Sheppard, in 2006.

VAUGHAN, ON July 6, 2017 – Massey Capital has acquired a controlling interest in Egan Visual Corporation (“Egan”).
