Investment Criteria
We target lower-mid market Canadian companies with a trailing annual EBITDA of less than $5.0 million together with a history of consistent profitability that is driven by a recurring or repeat revenue business model. Furthermore, we target companies with open-minded leaders, stable cash flows and attractive growth opportunities.
